Procedures, limits and rules relating to shipments.

The shipment is made by express courier BRT or GLS within 24/48 hours of payment, excluding weekends and holidays.

It is necessary to indicate in the data relating to the shipment the telephone number that could be used by the courier in case of difficulty.


Upon delivery, the integrity of the package must be checked and in case of damage or anomalies of the packaging, the recipient must have the indication “RESERVE OF INSPECTION GOODS” on the delivery note. The buyer must possibly report any damage within the day following delivery.


Notes: Deliveries are always intended at street level; We do not ship to areas where customs documentation is required; Deliveries in restricted traffic areas must be agreed in advance because they have a different cost.

If the customer does not give advance notice of the restricted traffic area, he will be subject to the charge of the surcharges provided by the courier; Shipments to smaller islands and Venice in the lagoon area require a fixed additional commission from the courier of 8 euros (regardless of the weight or size of the package); Changes to the shipment (address, method, etc.) once the shipment has already taken place, in most cases have a cost and a telephone contact is therefore necessary to verify their applicability.

Delivery method:

The courier always delivers to street level (near the intercom or gate) for both private homes and offices or other structures.

BRT or GLS couriers make 2 delivery attempts. In case of unsuccessful delivery due to “absent recipient” on the first attempt, the second delivery attempt may not be automatic but will only take place upon explicit request of the recipient via a link in the notification email that will be sent by email. This return reservation must be made within 5 days of receiving the aforementioned email. After this deadline or in the event that the recipient is absent even at the second passage, the courier will put the shipment in storage with the relative cost charge (10 euros). After a further 5 days, the courier will automatically send the package to the sender with the charge of the return shipping costs.

Billing reminder:

The invoice is issued only on request and must be requested with a note in the order or immediately after the purchase with a message (or in any case before shipment) otherwise the purchase receipt is normally issued. In any case, it is not possible to issue an invoice if the same is requested in the month following the order.
